A quick plunge into a narrow, deep gorge filled with boulders and logs. Most of the falls is hidden by the clutter during low flow.

Area:
Thick cedar forests, wet mossy rocks, and the dark black gorge make for a striking contrast surrounding the creek.

5 minutes one-way
Best views can be seen from the top of the falls, which are visible a short distance in the woods. The only good way to get to the bottom of the gorge and the smaller falls located below the main drop is by heading downstream and downhill to the wooden bridge and making your way back up.
