- Trail:
- 20 minutes one-way
Follow the marked trail that heads in the same direction as the two-track did - south. There is a wider path to the right of the parking area that only leads to a camping section. The trail to the falls goes down the hill to a marker with information about the Yellow Dog Plains and Pinnacle Falls. Take the left fork here, continuing straight, and follow it to the left of the tall hill. Trail circles around the hill, meeting the Yellow Dog River near a beaver dam and heading upstream to the falls. There is also a trail that heads straight up and down the hill, but it is unmarked and slightly dangerous. - Drive:
- 2 hours 42 mins from Houghton, MI (change)
