Description:
Water plunges off an overhanging sandstone ledge onto a series of drops and slides before flowing into the Ontonagon River.

Follow the grassy two-track until you bump into Sandstone Creek. Cross the creek to the left and continue along the ATV trail that follows the Ontonagon River downstream. You'll cross several small streams before walking through Plover's creekbed, which doesn't have a bridge. After crossing Plover Creek, continue on the trail a short distance until the creek approaches the trail from the left. Follow the creek upstream here to the falls, which are almost within sight of the trail.
