- Description:
- Set of two drops near an old abandoned Power House located in the outskirts of L'Anse. The upstream falls is multi-tiered over slate and is known as Power Dam Falls, and the downstream one is taller and one steep drop.

- Area:
- An abandoned Power House is located near the falls, and a small pavilion with a grill is near the parking area. Area is well maintained, though the Powerhouse may have broken glass around it's perimeter. Woods around the upper falls is very thick and filled with prickly underbrush.

- 5 minutes one-way
Main falls are located on the other side of the Power House within site of the parking area. Upper falls are a short distance upstream. - Drive:
